Chuck Serapilio President and Founder
Chuck Serapilio is President and Founder of Cellution Inc., the largest dedicated
wireless expense management provider in the world. Before founding Cellution, Chuck
got his start as a highly successful national sales representative in the telecommunication
equipment market. His experience in the industry lead him to [acquire/start] Total
Telecom Solutions, a successful telecommunications equipment supply company.
While leading that company, Chuck gained a first-hand perspective on the growing
demand of cellular and mobile devices for use in business, and especially the complex
international mobile market. By necessity, he started honing his knowledge and expertise
of the international wireless business market and saw early on how important controlling
wireless expenses would become for corporate executives. He opened the doors for
Cellution in 2001, and has overseen growth consistently topping 140% over the past
four years. With the recent addition of several operational executives, Chuck is
now focused on energizing Cellution’s overall brand and business development efforts.
Today, Chuck has become one of the industry’s foremost experts on US and International
mobile expense management and compliance. He speaks frequently at industry events,
and has helped shape corporate wireless policy and expense tracking programs at
various Fortune 500 companies. When he is not advocating for better wireless expense management
on behalf of clients, Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. He
is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo.
